Nucaa ships from Singapore and offers free delivery option within Singapore.

FREE Local Standard Delivery

Enjoy free standard delivery on orders of SG$100 or more. For orders under SG$100, a flat shipping fee of SG$6 will be applied. Delivery takes 2-5 working days from the time you place your order. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed between Friday 12pm and Sunday 12pm will likely be delivered by Tuesday at the earliest.

INTERNATIONAL DELVERY

We ship to every corner of the globe!

FREE International Standard Delivery

Free international shipping is available with a minimum purchase of US$200. For orders under US$200, the shipping fee varies between regions and will be displayed just before checkout. If there is no unexpected delays, delivery usually takes between 7-14 working days.

Duties and Taxes

For shipments to Malaysia, Hong Kong or Australia, we offer duty-delivered paid (DDP) service for a hassle-free experience.

For all other destinations, please be aware that you will be responsible for any additional duties and taxes imposed by your country. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate or cover these charges as they vary by country.

If you choose to reject a parcel due to import duties or taxes, or if our shipping partners are unable to deliver the parcel because you are uncontactable, Nucaa will not be liable for postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges, and handling fees incurred.

Pre-Order Products

For pre-order items, the products are made to order and will require approximately 3 weeks before being shipped. Please note that the estimated delivery time of 7-14 days will begin only after the product has been produced and shipped. When your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, all items will only be shipped out together once the pre-order items are ready. If you are unable to wait for the required production time, please do not place a pre-order.

RETURNS FOR ONLINE PURCHASES

We hope you love your Nucaa juices! For any reason you don’t, we offer a one-time return within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original packaging and unused. Simply email us at [email protected] with your order number, and we will guide you through the return process. Please note the following:

- If the return is not in its original packaging, additional processing time may be required to inspect and ensure it meets our return criteria. This could take 3-5 working days. We will keep you informed.

- If the return is approved, you can choose to receive a refund in your original payment method or a gift card.

- We cannot accept returns if the items have been used or if the return request is made outside the 30-day return policy.

- If a discount code was used, it will not be reusable. Customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Original shipping fees and taxes are also non-refundable.
